EXTRACTION AND REMOVAL:
The first step in water damage restoration is extraction and removal of as much water as possible. After finding the source of the water and preventing it from releasing more, we use our special truck mounted equipment and pumps to swiftly remove all standing water. This prevents water from rising further and causing greater damage. It also allows us to stop and fully assess the situation so we can move onto damage evaluation and removal..

DAMAGE EVALUATION AND REMOVAL:
The Pacific NW Restoration team treats every home with tremendous respect. When we evaluate the state of your damage, we will thoughtfully determine what can be salvaged and what must be removed and replaced using a combination of training, experience, and care. Our main priority is examining structural and surface elements such as trim, flooring, drywall, and sub-flooring. Our employees will ease the troubling time for you however possible by giving you advice on saving furniture and personal items, too. You can trust us to treat your property like it’s our very own home.

DRYING AND DEHUMIDIFYING:
We are proud to use top of the line dehumidifying and drying equipment provided by Dri-Eaz. With state-of-the-art Dri-Eaz restoration equipment, we can do fast and effective drying, which is important since speed is key to restoration. Mold thrives with the wet Pacific Northwestern climate, so the more quickly we can clear the affected air, walls, and items in your space, the less time it has a chance to settle in. If you have already dealt with the bulk of your water damage but need help with mold control, we would be happy to assist you.

CLEANING, SANITIZING, AND DEODORIZING:
Cleaning and sanitization are a key part of what we do throughout the entire restoration process. Removing excess water and damaged materials creates a fresh slate. Then, we take up your flooring layer by layer so we can dry your carpet and padding and do sanitization with a deep steam clean. After this, we put back salvaged items and install new materials as needed. If necessary we can also do mold prevention treatments. The final step to restoration is deodorizing. You don’t want to be constantly reminded of the invasive smell and bad appearance that water damage brings. We’ll make sure that everything is revitalized so it is as close to its original state as possible for you.
